Non-Renewal & Refundable Security Deposit

  • As part of the broadband service, the customer may be provided with an Optical Network Unit (ONU) against a refundable security deposit of ₹2000.
  • The security deposit is refundable only upon successful return of the ONU to the designated recovery agent after discontinuation of services.
  • The ONU must be returned in proper working condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
  • The customer must not have any outstanding dues payable to Triple Play Interactive Network Pvt. Ltd. at the time of device return.
  • If the customer does not renew the broadband services or fails to maintain an active subscription for more than six (6) months, the security deposit shall stand forfeited.
  • Upon forfeiture, the Company shall have no obligation to refund the security deposit, even if the ONU is returned later.
  • Notwithstanding forfeiture, the Company may facilitate logistics for ONU return, without any refund or compensation.
  • Triple Play Interactive Network Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any claims or disputes arising due to forfeiture of the security deposit.
  • The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from enforcement of this clause.
  • The Company may attempt to notify customers at least 30 days prior to forfeiture; however, failure to notify does not waive Company rights.

Additional Terms & Conditions for OTT Subscription

  • The OTT subscription period shall be the same as the bundled broadband plan validity.
  • Expiry dates may differ for various OTT platforms offered.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any content or streaming-related issues on OTT platforms.
  • No refund shall be considered if the customer is dissatisfied with OTT services.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw OTT offers without prior notice.
  • The Company shall not be liable for OTT access issues due to malfunction, delay, congestion, or hardware failure.
  • Customers must contact the respective OTT platform’s customer care for OTT-related issues.
  • Unutilized free OTT subscriptions shall be forfeited upon plan expiry.
  • OTT subscriptions are activated only on new subscriptions or renewals on specific plans.
  • OTT activation is limited to once per user on the registered mobile number.
  • The OTT offer is valid only on multi-month plans.
  • The OTT offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from OTT content usage.
  • OTT plans may be restricted to specific cities and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
  • Third-party OTT links are provided for convenience, and the Company has no control over their content or availability.
  • Users are advised to review third-party OTT terms and privacy policies before usage.
  • All OTT logos, icons, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or modification of OTT trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Amazon Prime Lite – Cable Cutter Plans

  • Amazon Prime Lite is bundled with select plans starting at ₹719.
  • Benefits include free 1-day delivery and ad-supported movies and TV shows on two devices.
  • By purchasing the plan, the customer consents to sharing their mobile number with Amazon for activation.
  • By activating Prime Lite, the customer agrees to receive electronic communications from Amazon or the Company.
  • Amazon Prime usage is governed by Amazon Prime Terms available on amazon.in/primeterms.

Terms and Conditions for the 4-Hour Service Promise Plan

  • Complaints logged for no connectivity issues, if not resolved within 4 hours (counted between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM), will be compensated with 24 hours (1 day) extension on the customer’s existing plan.
  • The maximum compensation under this plan shall be capped at 3 days.

Terms & Conditions for Connection Shifting Facility

  • Triple Play Interactive Network Pvt. Ltd. provides a connection shifting facility allowing users to relocate their internet connection from one residential address to another.
  • Users must initiate the shifting request through the Company’s mobile application or by contacting Customer Care.
  • Users are required to provide accurate and complete information for both old and new residential addresses.
  • Feasibility checks will be conducted to verify service availability at the new address.
  • The shifting request may be cancelled if feasibility is not available.
  • The service carries a one-time charge of ₹500 (inclusive of taxes) per shifting request.
  • Payment of ₹500 must be made through the mobile application after successful feasibility confirmation.
  • The shifting request shall be processed only after receipt of payment by the Company.
  • Users will be informed about the status of the shifting request via the mobile application or through Customer Care communication.
  • Users may cancel the shifting request anytime before completion of feasibility check and payment.
  • In case of unsuccessful shifting due to non-feasibility, no refund shall be provided.
  • The Company shall not be liable for delays or service disruptions due to factors beyond its control, including network issues, third-party providers, or natural disasters.
  • Triple Play Interactive Network Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion.
  • By initiating a shifting request, users acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
